The Group Intensive · By Application

A guided, six-week container for women ready to go deeper

Small group. Live sessions. Real lab review. For the woman who's already read the guide, worked the workbook, or taken the course — and knows she's ready for something more hands-on.

Who this is for

You've done the reading. Now you want the room.

Most women arrive at the Intensive after they've already downloaded the free Lab Guide, sat with the Root Cause Rx Workbook, or moved through REWIRE HER MIND. They understand the framework. They've started tracking their cycles, their sleep, their symptoms. And they've realized that the next step is not more information — it's guided interpretation and a smaller room.

This is for the woman who wants her own labs looked at in real time, who wants to hear how other women's numbers are being read, and who is done doing this piece alone.

What's included

The format that makes the difference.

Format

Six-week guided container. Live small-group sessions on video, held on a consistent weekly cadence, with private space between calls for questions and reflection.

Group size

Capped at eight women per cohort so every voice is heard and every lab pattern gets discussed in the room — not filed away for later.

Lab review

A structured walk-through of your own recent labs (or a guided plan for what to order) with root-cause interpretation you can bring back to your provider.

Higher-touch access

Direct messaging window between sessions for clarifying questions — the kind of continuity a self-paced course simply can't offer.

Curriculum

The REWIRE HER MIND framework, taught live and adapted week by week to what's actually showing up in the cohort.

Community

A small, deliberately-curated circle of women in a similar season — the peer piece that most healing journeys are missing.

Investment

A concierge-tier program, priced accordingly.

The Intensive is a private-pay program in the low four figures. Because the cohort is small and each seat is reviewed personally, exact pricing and payment options are shared during the application conversation — after we've confirmed this is the right fit for the season you're in.

Common Questions

How is this different from 1:1 concierge care?

One-on-one care is a private clinical relationship — evaluation, prescribing, and personalized medication management. The Group Intensive is educational and community-based. You'll learn the root-cause framework alongside other women, review your labs in a structured setting, and leave with a plan you can take to your own provider. It complements 1:1 care, and many women do both.

What if I need to miss or reschedule a session?

Every live session is recorded and shared inside the cohort space, so you can catch up on your own time. Because the group is small and the schedule is fixed, sessions themselves aren't rescheduled — but missing one won't put you behind.

Is this covered by insurance?

No. The Intensive is a private-pay educational program, not a billed clinical service. It is not submitted to insurance and does not generate a superbill.

Why an application instead of an instant checkout?

Because the cohort is small, and fit matters. I personally review each application to make sure this is the right season and the right format for you — and to be honest if something else on the site is a better next step.
