The Root Cause NP ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to therootcausenp.com and does not govern protected health information (PHI) collected in the course of clinical care — see our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for that.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. Name, email, phone number, and any notes you enter into contact or interest forms on this site.
- Booking and purchase data. When you book a consult or purchase a resource, that transaction is handled by third-party platforms (see below); we receive limited confirmation data from them.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, device type, general location (city/region), and referring source, collected through standard web analytics.
- Cookies. Small files stored on your device to keep the site working properly and, where enabled, measure aggregate site usage.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To deliver purchased digital products and course access.
- To send follow-up communication you have requested.
- To improve the site, our content, and the visitor experience.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
