These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of therootcausenp.com and any digital products offered through it (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Educational content only

Content on this Site — including blog posts, guides, workbooks, courses, and all other written or video material — is provided for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a provider-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for individualized evaluation and treatment by a qualified healthcare provider.

Clinical services

Clinical services with Mabel Rodriguez, PMHNP-BC are provided under separate written consents and engagement documents entered into during intake. This Site does not constitute an offer of, or an agreement to provide, clinical services.

Payment, refunds, and cancellations

Private-pay model. The Root Cause NP is a private-pay concierge practice. We do not bill insurance. Fees are discussed and agreed to in advance.
Appointments. Clinical appointment cancellation and no-show policies are provided in writing during intake and control over anything on this page.
Digital products. Purchases of digital products (Lab Guide, Workbook, courses, and the Group Intensive) are processed by Stan Store. Refund policies for those products are governed by the terms displayed at checkout.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by The Root Cause NP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Root Cause NP, its affiliates, and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any content on it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
